Gluten Free Nut Muesli


Need a change from toast or are gluten free?
Try this high protein muesli for breakfast

1 cup almonds (chopped)
1 cup macadamias (chopped)
1 cup pecans (chopped)
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
1/2 cup rasins
1/4 cup of dried apricots (chopped)
1/2 cup shredded coconut
2 tablespoons maple syrup

Mix all ingredients then spread on to a greased oven tray
Cook in moderate oven for 5 minutes or until just golden
Stir if necessary
Store in an air tight container
Serve cold with almond milk and berries on top
